DO NOT RECOMMEND-I needed a new Key Fob. Omar came out and replaced my fob on 7/31/24. Beginning on 8/13/24 I began having issues with this FOB which I paid $300 for. Omar was my technician. I have since had to replace the battery in this every month. Told me 1st sometimes the battery can be old when you get the fob. No key was cut and the 2nd time I contacted him he said it was my car!! Not the car! Still replacing battery monthly

Having a very difficult time getting a bill adjusted for services rendered. Can not get a call back. I finally connected with a person named Sean. I explained my issue which was a double billing (in my opinion). He agreed to remove one of the service charges if I changed my review to a 5. I declined the offer as the experience remained a 1...just a little bit more insulting.
